Residents in Council Housing and RAS Tenancies in Sligo County are eligible for a link to a tenancy support service for a defined period of time to assist with housing tenancy issues, rent arrears, estate management issues, household management or access to entitlements.

Description:

Residents in Council Housing and Rental Accommodation Scheme  (RAS) Tenancies in Sligo County are eligible to link to a tenancy support service for a defined period of time.  The service will assist with housing tenancy issues, rent arrears, estate management issues, household management or access to entitlements. Those offered tenancy support are usually at risk of homelessness or losing their tenancy. In some cases, those who are experiencing a housing crisis and need to access social housing supports will be referred to the tenancy support service.
