Mental Health Ireland supports local volunteer-led groups (MHA's) to promote positive mental health in their local communities and to provide social support to those managing mental health difficulties. MHI provides training on mental health related topics. MHI work s with targeted groups and also organises workshops open to the general public.

Training and mental health promotion activities can be organised on request from any statutory or voluntary group
- No parental permission required
- Post-primary school age (13-18 years approx.)
