Samaritans provide free confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide. Our service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are open and available to anyone, of any age, who may feel the need to talk about something that is bothering them. Samaritans offer a non-judgemental and confidential service. So no matter what you may have done, or what ever life may have done to you, you can Talk To Us
