• Practical and emotional support to families from birth to 18 years. • Information on the child’s disability. • Information on benefits and allowances. • Support with developmental intervention that aim to support your child’s individual needs • Special Schools & Mainstream supports • Social & Recreational activities (Clubs & Summer camp) • School leavers process • Guidance and support at transition periods and key stages of each child’s development to provide for their changing needs • Liaison with other relevant professionals involved with your child through early intervention and multi-disciplinary teams. • Support and information on services relevant to your child’s needs: • Pre-school Services • Department of Education & Skills

Staff are based at Mail Coach Road, HSE Community Services Nazareth House and Health Centre Carrick-on-Shannon
