West Sligo Family Resource Centre Ltd. aims to empower individuals and families to improve their quality of life by fostering an ethos of self-development, promoting the principles of community development and encouraging people to access the supports and services that they need to enrich their lives.

- Free with Medical Card (otherwise charge may apply)
- Charge applies for some services / some services free
Charges apply for photocopying. Fees apply for some education courses, depending on circumstances.
- People can self-refer / access the service directly (without the need for a referral)
- Through GP
- Through Tusla Child and Family Social Workers
- Through HSE services
Majority of referrals are self-presented. Referrals are accepted from GPs for programmes such as Stress Control, or people can self-refer.
- Under-18s need parental permission
- Primary school age (4-12 years approx.)
- Post-primary school age (13-18 years approx.)
- Adults (25-64 years)
Depression anxiety or suicidal ideation.
Counselling services are provided through the FRC.
The Councillor makes her own arrangement for supervision.
